Website Rebuild Project
A typical engagement structure for turning an outdated, confusing, or unfinished website into a clearer working asset. This is an example workflow, not a client case study.
Define what must change.
Current-state review
Review the existing site, navigation, page inventory, mobile behavior, messaging, technical setup and useful assets worth preserving.
Define the outcome
Clarify what the new site must accomplish, which audiences matter most and which actions visitors should be able to take.
Map the structure
Create the page hierarchy, service structure and internal-link plan before polishing individual screens.
Build the working system.
Strengthen the message
Rewrite or reorganize page copy so headings, sections and calls to action have a clear job.
Design for real screens
Build flexible sections that work on phones, tablets and desktops without cramped columns or awkward text wrapping.
Make the site understandable
Set descriptive metadata, headings, readable URLs, internal links, indexation basics and sitemap coverage.
Test, refine and launch.
Check the paths
Test navigation, buttons, forms, links, mobile behavior and important page states.
Remove friction
Use caching and practical page-weight choices, then prepare final imagery for efficient delivery.
Protect continuity
Publish carefully, preserve important URLs where practical, and verify the live site after the transition.
